The Jonesi Consultancy exists to close the gap between organizational ambition and workforce readiness in an era defined by artificial intelligence.
Companies are adopting new technologies faster than their employees can adapt. This creates operational friction, employee anxiety, and wasted investment. The Jonesi Consultancy resolves this problem by uniting business-grade AI integration with human-centered workforce enablement.
Our story began with a simple observation: most AI training treats technology as the solution and people as an afterthought. We believe the opposite. AI adoption succeeds only when business strategy and human capability progress together.
"We reject the false choice between operational excellence and human readiness. AI without people creates resistance. People without AI create stagnation. Progress requires both."
The Jonesi Consultancy was founded as a father-daughter partnership between Marcus Jonesi and Cristen Jonesi. While our professional backgrounds differ, our work converged around the same conclusion: technology initiatives fail not because organizations lack intelligence or intent, but because change is introduced without sufficient structure, context, and human support.
Marcus brings decades of executive-level financial, operational, and project leadership experience across corporate, public sector, and consulting environments. As a CPA and Project Management Professional (PMP), his career has focused on large-scale transformation, systems integration, governance, and performance optimization. He has led ERP implementations, rebuilt finance and operations functions, supported mergers and acquisitions, and delivered measurable efficiency gains in high-risk, high-accountability settings. This work instilled a discipline around controls, ROI, and sustainability that now anchors our AI integration strategy.
Cristen brings a complementary lens grounded in human behavior, learning science, and structured change leadership. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Project Management Professional (PMP), her career has centered on leading cross-functional programs, designing training and curricula, and guiding teams through complex change under real operational pressure. Her experience in mission-driven and regulated environments sharpened an understanding of how fear, cognitive load, unclear expectations, and poor communication quietly undermine even well-designed initiatives. That insight is foundational to how we design AI training that actually gets used.
Together, we combine process rigor with psychological insight. We approach AI adoption as both a systems challenge and a human one. Our PMP training reinforces disciplined planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and execution. Our professional experience ensures those disciplines are applied in ways that respect how people actually work.
This dual perspective shapes every engagement. We assess workflows before recommending tools. We design training around real roles, not generic capabilities. We establish governance before scale. We define ROI before delivery. And we measure outcomes in time reclaimed, quality improved, risk reduced, and confidence built.
We are a consultancy built for a new kind of transformation. Our approach is grounded in accountability, empathy, and discipline. It is a transformation where business outcomes and human outcomes rise together.
AI isn’t coming; it’s here. Your competitors aren’t waiting. They’re training their teams, transforming their workflows, and building the muscle for constant reinvention. In two years, the organizations that treated AI as optional won’t be around to regret it. The ones that thrive will be those that moved first, trained hard, and built adaptability into their DNA. This is survival of the fittest. Hesitation is extinction.
