About The Jonesi Consultancy

We combine financial rigor with human-centered change management to deliver AI integration that produces measurable results while empowering every employee.

Human-Centered Approach to AI

We design every engagement around the real roles, concerns, and workflows of your people, because technology adoption fails when it ignores the humans who have to use it.

Our Unique Partnership

Our CPA + LCSW partnership means we speak both the language of finance and the language of human behavior. This dual lens ensures AI investments are justified financially and adopted by the people who matter most.

Guiding Belief

"AI doesn't replace people. It elevates them." This isn't a tagline; it's our operating principle. Every framework, training, and recommendation we deliver is designed to make people more capable, not less relevant. AI should serve human goals.

Practical, Jargon-Free Education

We strip away the hype and technical jargon to deliver AI training people can actually use. Our workshops are built around real tasks, real decisions, and real outcomes, not abstract concepts.

Scalable, Future-Ready Solutions

We don't just train for today's tools. We build adaptive capacity. Our frameworks prepare teams to evaluate, adopt, and govern whatever AI tools emerge next, ensuring long-term organizational resilience.

Our Goal

We aim to make AI accessible and actionable for every employee so organizations can unlock innovation without losing their humanity. That means measurable progress, not just aspirational vision.

"We reject the false choice between operational excellence and human readiness. AI without people creates resistance. People without AI create stagnation. Progress requires both."

Our Team

Biographies

A father-daughter team built on complementary expertise: clinical insight into human behavior on one side, executive-grade financial discipline on the other. Together we lead every TJC engagement.

Two Lenses, One Engagement

Our Unique Partnership

From the Human Side
We speak the language of the workforce.

We recognize the anxieties employees feel and design training that builds confidence, supports professional growth, and shows staff how to thrive.

From the Business Side
We speak the language of the C-suite.

We understand the bottom-line priorities — efficiency, scalability, and return on investment that finance and operations leaders can defend.

Cristen Jonesi

Cristen Jonesi

LCSW, PMP

Co-Founder | Director of Program Strategy & Educational Development

Cristen Jonesi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, PMP, and co-founder of The Jonesi Consultancy. She brings proven experience leading cross-functional programs in high-stakes, mission-driven environments, where she directed initiatives, redesigned workflows, and coached teams through rapid change. At TJC, she leads human-centered AI integration, designing training that reduces fear, builds competence, and ensures responsible adoption.

Cristen's clinical career began in nonprofit work with the formerly homeless population, utilizing trauma-informed therapy, evidence-based mental health counseling approaches, and crisis intervention techniques. It is through this work that she learned to read what people aren't saying as carefully as what they are. As a Program Manager over multiple teams, she led the buildout of community-facing mental health infrastructure, coordinating clinicians, educators, and operational staff through repeated rounds of restructuring. That mix of direct therapeutic practice and large-program leadership is what shapes her work at TJC: she designs training that respects how people actually learn under pressure, anticipates the emotional friction AI introduces into the workplace, and builds the psychological safety that lets organizations move through change without losing their people. Passionate about people and skilled in systems design, Cristen is adept at helping teams navigate their way through new workflows, attending to both the emotional response of individuals and the practical needs of the business.

Cristen's emotional intelligence and clinical background enable her to build trust quickly, meet people where they are, and help organizations move forward with alignment rather than resistance.

Marcus Jonesi

Marcus Jonesi

CPA, PMP

Co-Founder | Director of Business Operations & Finance

Marcus Jonesi is a Texas-licensed CPA, PMP, and senior finance executive with more than 35 years of experience across corporate, public sector, and consulting environments. He has served as CFO, Corporate Controller, and trusted advisor to executives and boards. A CFI-certified AI for Finance professional, Marcus designs practical AI workflows that improve accuracy, speed, and decision quality with measurable ROI.

Marcus has held finance leadership roles across Big Four assurance, energy, healthcare, and global manufacturing, including assignments that took him from accounting close cycles to ERP implementations to enterprise-wide cost transformations. He has built finance teams from scratch, repaired ones that needed rebuilding, and stood in front of audit committees, lenders, and boards to defend the numbers when it counted. He has also weathered the moments most finance leaders don't talk about: failed integrations, talent gaps, and initiatives that looked clean on paper but fell apart in execution. Those experiences taught him what every roadmap should account for and what executive buy-in actually requires. That breadth is what he brings to TJC: a finance leader's instinct for what executives actually want to see, the discipline to tie every AI initiative back to measurable outcomes, and the patience to translate ambition into a roadmap the C-suite will fund and the workforce can execute. Marcus has demonstrated skill in helping leaders move from ambition to disciplined execution; he understands and attends to both the strategic clarity executives need while simultaneously factoring in the practical realities of getting work through the organization.

At TJC, Marcus leads financial strategy, AI workflow design, and executive advisory, ensuring every AI initiative strengthens financial sustainability and organizational confidence.
